Maintain Activities

Here you can create the activities which time will be recorded against.

All current activities are displayed by default. To see archived activities, click "Show archived choices".

To add a new activity click Add new activity. See Maintain Activity.

Selected activities To modify activities in bulk, select the action in the dropdown box, check the boxes against activities to be modified and the click Apply.

Choices are:


Archive	Archive all of the chosen activities - equivalent to setting the Current checkbox to "off" on the Maintain Activity page
Make Current	Un-archive all of the chosen activities - equivalent to setting the Current checkbox to "on" on the Maintain Activity page
Remove Xxxx	Set all selected activities to have no category type Xxxxx - equivalent to selecting nothing in the category dropdown on the Maintain Activity page
Move to Xxxxx: Yyyyy	Set all selected activities to have category type Xxxxx equal to Yyyyy- equivalent to selecting Yyyyy in the category dropdown on the Maintain Activity page

To modify activities individually, click on the activity name. See Maintain Activity.
