This page is used to control the group. It is only available to those with "Full control" authority.
Group nameenter the company or other name of the group. This will appear at the top of each page if no logo is chosen.
Location of logoenter the web URL of an image to use as the logo at the top of each page
Timesheet cut off datetimesheets earlier than this date can only be modified by those with a suitably high authority. Provides a cut off date for timesheet changes to ensure the data as shown on the system and figures derived from it remain consistent.
System closedif you enter any text here, most members will not have access to the system, and will see this message instead. Set to blank to open the system again.
Group administratorcan only be a member with Full control authority. Will receive emails about significant events on the system (not yet implemented).
Select by categoriesthis determines if members will see all activities in their timesheet dropdowns (unchecked) or only those categories or activities they have chosen (checked). This will make a big difference to the system - don't change it casually.
Normal hours per weekenter the number of hours per week most people will work. Entered as hours up to two decimal places (not minutes). Can be overridden for individual members.
