Show commentif this box is checked the comment will appear on the data exported. If not, data will be accumulated across all comments.
Fromenter the start date or blank to mean since ever. Calendar Icon click on this to choose a date. It will be filled into the from date.
Toenter the end date or blank to mean forever. Calendar Icon click on this to choose a date. It will be filled into the to date.
Show dateif this box is checked the date will appear on the data exported. If not, data will be accumulated across all dates.
Spreadsheetif checked the output will be returned as a spreadsheet. Unchecked, the data will come back on a web page.

Unchecking the "show" boxes can create summaries, for instance unchecking all of them will produce a report of totals by activity over the specified period.
